Head of Community
I am a very ambitious and determined person. In the past I studied 3 years of senior counseling at the College of Management and spent 4 years at the shoppers drug mart pharmacy gaining experience in consultancy, mainly gaining skills of communication with customers. When I felt my knowledge was reaching its limits continued my studies at the University of Haifa for a degree specializing in Health Promotion, among the topics I have gained knowledge in were the High-tech industry in Israel, organizational behavior, economy, social psychology, and health topics. During that period of time I have also participated in the Model United Nation society and acquired diplomacy and international relations skills, among them Leadership, public speaking, writing speeches, discussion negotiation and persuasion, through this society I was chosen among 4 other students to represent the university in an international conference in Germany, where I chose to participate in the UN Women committee for women rights and gender equality. In parallel, I worked in the American Medical School at the Technion and adapted within an all English-speaking staff environment, while acquiring experience in administration, besides fulfilling my duties; I initiated the creation of professional and creative presentations for graduates in New York.
After graduation, I applied to the "Digital Talent" program which was sponsored by Google, and got accepted within 60 people from 200 candidates. I participated in the Content and Social Media program, where I created and implemented a digital online strategy for a starting business. At the end of the course I was chosen from my class to be interviewed with Google in England, and although I got accepted, I decided to stay in and try to contribute for empowering women and minorities in Israel. I started volunteering as the Project Manager for she codes organization for empowering women into high tech, and was promoted to the Branch Manager at Microsoft in Nazareth City. My main target was empowering women into high tech and encouraging the initiation of their own projects. In my free time I have initiated my own project for international gamers content, I have created a strategy and while implementing it, I recruited international staffers, and as result I succeeded in achieving 600 users in the first 2 months.
